Is your Pinterest account overflowing with outdated, irrelevant, or random pins?
Maybe you’ve changed your niche, or you just want a fresh start. But deleting them one by one can be exhausting!
I’ve been there! The Pinterest boards of one of my accounts were a mess—filled with pins that no longer aligned with my content. I spent hours trying to delete them individually.

While Pinterest doesn’t offer a one-click solution to delete all pins at once, there are effective workarounds to clear your boards quickly.
In this blog post, I’ll show you how to delete all pins on Pinterest, whether you’re using a desktop or mobile device.
Plus, I’ll share an alternative method if you want a completely fresh start!

Why You Should Delete All Pins on Pinterest
Before diving into the steps, let’s talk about why deleting all your pins might be beneficial:
✔ Keeps your profile fresh – A clutter-free Pinterest account looks more professional and inviting.
✔ Aligns with rebranding – If you’ve changed your niche or style, removing old pins creates a cohesive aesthetic.
✔ Saves time – Instead of scrolling endlessly to delete pins one by one, bulk deletion streamlines the process.
How to Delete All Pins on Pinterest (Desktop)
Follow these steps to delete all your pins on a desktop:
Log in to your Pinterest account.
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner to go to your home page.
Select the Board that contains the pins you want to delete.

Click the ‘Organize’ option beneath the board name. This feature allows you to select multiple or all pins at once.
Click on ‘Select all”. This way all the pins in that board will be selected.

Click the Trash Icon given at the bottom of the screen.
Pinterest will ask for confirmation. Click Delete to remove them permanently.

Since there’s no official “delete all pins at once” option, you will have to do this for each board.
How to Delete All Pins on Pinterest (Mobile)
If you’re using the Pinterest app on your phone, here’s how to delete all your pins:
Open the Pinterest App and Log into your account.
Tap on your profile picture at the bottom right to go your home page.
Choose and tap to open the board that contains the pins you want to remove.
Tap ‘Organize’ at the bottom of the screen.
Tap on “Select All” to select all the pins.

Tap the trash Icon at the bottom of the screen.
Pinterest will ask for confirmation to delete. Tap Delete to remove them permanently.

Just like on a desktop, you’ll need to repeat the process for each board.
Alternative Options to Delete All Pins on Pinterest
If deleting all pins from each board sounds too tedious, consider these faster alternatives:
Delete Entire Boards
Instead of removing pins individually, you can delete entire boards to delete out multiple pins at once. Here’s how:
Go to your profile.
Click on the board you want to delete.
Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) in the corner.
Select “Edit Board”.
And then click ‘Delete Board’ and confirm.
2. Create a New Pinterest Account
If you want a completely fresh start, the easiest option is to create a new Pinterest account.
This method saves time and allows you to curate a brand-new Pinterest profile without going through the hassle of deleting old pins one by one.

Important Points
You must delete pins board by board or delete entire boards.
Deleted pins and boards cannot be recovered – Be 100% sure before confirming deletion.
Organize before deleting – If you have valuable pins, consider saving them elsewhere before mass deletion.
Final Thoughts
If you want to delete all pins at once, following these step-by-step methods will help you clean up your board.
